Breakout Sessions

Saturday breakout sessions are meant to be a refreshing pause in the weekend—an opportunity to step into something that feels helpful, interesting, or timely for you. They’re a chance to learn, reflect, and engage with topics that may be especially meaningful in your current season, while still leaving room for rest later in the day.

With four different breakout sessions offered over two time slots, you can choose what best fits you. Brief overviews of each session are outlined below, and a signup sheet will be available at registration so you can let us know which sessions you’re drawn to. There will also be a place to share questions ahead of time, should there be time for a Q&A.

Breakout Session Options

Become a Body-Builder : How to Create Culture & Connection in Any Context | Led by Sara Espinoza

Jesus spoke often—directly and indirectly—about community, relationship and life together. His teachings make it clear that faith was never meant to be lived in isolation and that each of us have gifts that are designed to impact others. As our world leans toward division and isolation, our ability to create connection becomes ever more powerful and reflective of God’s goodness. Come explore His divine design and how you can create culture in every corner of your life.

Bible Study Tools : The Big Story of the Bible | Led by Natalie West

Studying the Scriptures can be intimidating. We’ve been promised inspiration and application, but how can we glean anything from an ancient Near Eastern text? We’ll explore methods and mindsets as we look at Genesis and Revelation, the bookends of the Biblical narrative.

Marriage & Sex : A Biblical Perspective on Pursuing Intimacy | Led by Jeannine Powers & Melinda Williams

Healthy, thriving marriages don’t happen by accident—they are cultivated through connection, communication, and intentional intimacy. In this session, we’ll explore God’s design for intimacy, how bodies and desires change over time, navigating emotional distance, and staying close through seasons of loneliness, stress, and life transitions. You’ll leave encouraged, equipped, and inspired to pursue deeper connection and flourishing intimacy in your marriage.

Faith in the Waiting : Clinging to God Through Seasons of Disappointment, Doubt, and Grief | Led by Christine Norwood & CoCo McCann

Emotional pain from disappointment is real, valid, and deeply human. No one is exempt from seasons of grief. Loss, rejection, regret, and unmet expectations can shake our trust and usher in doubt.

In this session, we’ll explore what it looks like to bring our raw, honest emotions to a God who is unshaken. Together, we’ll dive into the healing work of separating what has happened to us from what it says about us, and remembering the faithfulness of God. He is worthy of worship—because before the world began, He chose us, and He remains faithful, even in the waiting.
