Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all. Women come to Woven with a wide range of Bible knowledge and faith experiences. Our studies are designed to help you engage with Scripture wherever you’re starting from.
-
Absolutely! Many women come to Woven without knowing anyone. One of our hopes is that you'll leave knowing women you didn't know when you arrived.
-
Of course! Friends are welcome to visit our fellowship and large-group teaching time while registration is open. To participate in a small group, each woman will need to register individually. We also have a special Bring a Friend Day during each study when guests are invited to experience the entire Bible study, including small-group discussion.
-
Rather than placing women into groups based on preferences or requests, we prayerfully form groups and trust that God can use the women around each table in ways we may not expect. Coming with a friend doesn't necessarily mean you'll be placed in the same group, but you'll still get to experience Woven together.
-
Our studies are designed to help you spend meaningful time in Scripture between gatherings without feeling overwhelming. The amount varies by study, but we never want homework to be a barrier to attendance. If you’re unable to complete the weekly questions, we’d much rather you read the Scripture we’re studying and give yourself grace.
-
Life happens! While you'll get the most from the study by participating consistently, missing a week doesn't mean you're behind or can't come back. Just pick up where you are and join us again when you can.
-
Sometimes. Because relationships begin forming within our groups early in the study, registration typically closes a few weeks after the study begins. If registration has closed, reach out to us and we'll let you know what options may be available.
-
Childcare is available for children 5 and under during our Wednesday morning study. Please let us know when you register how many children will be joining you so we can staff appropriately. If your registered child will be absent, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
-
Our current Bible study registration is $35, which helps cover study materials as well as some of the costs of gathering together throughout the semester. We never want finances to prevent a woman from participating, so scholarship assistance requests can be made from the registration page.
-
Bring your Bible, study materials, and something to write with. Most importantly, just come ready to learn and join the conversation.
-
We'd be happy to help. Contact us <link to info@wovenministry.com) and someone from the Woven team will get back to you.

But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ, by grace you have been saved.
